Dated 1995 Technique/Medium Woodblock print Impression very good … self printed on a very thin translucent Japanese Gampi paper Colors excellent … solid gray mica background Condition excellent … very good, minor paper loss on both upper corner where a tape was fixed. Edition Size 90 Numbered 30 / 90 Description Kabuki actor, Onoe Kikugoro VII is in the role of Benten Kozo Kikunosuke (a deranged kid from a wealthy family) disguised as a woman in the play, "Shiranami Go-nin Otoko". He is showing red and blue flower tattoo on the left upper arm. Cherry blossoms represents brevity, beauty and the transient nature of things. Note Art object number 153. Width 10.0 inches = 25.5 cm Height 15.6 inches = 39.5 cm
