Kabuki actor, Onoe Kikugoro VII is in the role of Benten Kozo Kikunosuke (a deranged kid from a wealthy family) disguised as a woman in the play, "Shiranami Go-nin Otoko". He is showing red and blue flower tattoo on the left upper arm. Cherry blossoms represents brevity, beauty and the transient nature of things.
