Pillar Print: The Infant Danjuro Artist: Utamaro I Format: Hashira-e: 23.5" x 4.5" Subject: A highly unusual pillar print design with the infant Ichikawa Danjuro being supported by a maidservant as he reaches for a windmill toy being dangled above him by his mother. He wears a gown decorated with the Ichikawa mon.
