Medium/Technique Woodblock print. Impression Excellent ... Early printing. Title embossed on the bottom margin. Colors Excellent - very good. Condition Very good ... Slightly uneven light toning. Margins slightly creased. Foxing and discolorations on the bottom left area. Two drying holes on the left margin. Description "Gendai Bijin Fuzoku Gotai" (Five Figures of Modern Beauties). "Mai Hajime" . A beautiful dancer at the start of her performance. Note "Gihachi Shirabezumi" (Checked by Gihachi) in the rectangular seal. Carver Yashita Tadashichi. Printer Inomura Shonosuke.
