Saturday, 22 November 2008 M-109. Late fall / early winter rain at Arakawa Publisher: Watanabe Date: <= 1923 Size (H x W) cm: 16.4 x 37.4 Old watercolor painting measures 6 5/8" x 15". It is signed with Japanese or Chinese characters in the bottom right corner of the painting. There is a light vertical crease running through the painting, located about 1 1/2" in from the left border, see close-up photos. Painting is in excellent condition otherwise.
