Colors excellent Condition very good … several light creases. Description "Nara, Yakushi-ji" (Yakushi Temple in Nara). Devil's masks on the roof and five story pagoda are seen on a clear day after snow. The temple houses Yakushi Buddha (Skt. Bhaisajyaguru, patron of medicine and healing) and Twelve Divine Generals. Note (no Watanabe seals). The English handwritings on the lower margin was not by Hasui but by a Watanabe employee for the prints sent to the stores for the occupational forces right after W.W.II.
