Snowstorm at Mukojima, 1931 Kawase Hasui (1883 ? 1957) Snowstorm at Mukojima In a soft color palette of blues, grays and black, this wonderful design is a true Hasui masterpiece. The design with heavily loaded freight sampans tied up for the evening, a pair of boats on the water with passengers. This print was included in the groundbreaking 1936 Shin-hanga show at the Toledo Museum of Art.
