Description From the series, "Setsu Getsu Ka" (Snow Flower Moon), one of Chikanobu's best series. No.19. Moon at Mt.Miyaji in Owari province. Daijo daijin (equivalent to prime minister) Moronaga is playing "biwa" and enjoying the fine autumn colors on Mt. Miyaji. A beautiful woman appeared and recited songs with his biwa tune. When Moronaga looked at her, she suddenly changed her appearance to a monster and told him that she was "Suijin" (the water god) and disappeared. Very finely embossed monster face on the upper inset.
