Description :
This a very rare genuine original oban size Japanese woodblock print by Takeji Asano (Born 1900) published circa 1947. The print is titled "Rice Transplantation", signed by the artist in the left margin. The print is in fine condition. Fine impression, color and registration. No foxing, toning, folds or creases. The print is not setdown or trimmed. There are two spots of mounting tape residue on the upper verso corners, which do not affect the image. Image size is 9.5" x 14.25", paper size is 10.5" x 15.5".
