Description :

A young woman tries to gather her handkerchiefs and adjust her clothing while being buffeted by a strong gust of summer wind. Above her, the origin of the wind becomes clear-it has been sent by the mischievous wind god, Füjin. This print is one of the early examples of abuna-e (suggestive art), which, with its clear implication that the god enjoys toying with the young woman and disheveling her hair and clothing, borders on being shunga, or erotic art.
