Description :
"Seito Kobo". A busy potter studio. There are many small workshops such as this in Seto area in Aichi prefecture. Many kinds of glazed potteries; some for the everyday use, others as aesthetic objects; have been produced here for more than 1300 years. The hills surrounding the city have layers of soil containing fine quality porcelain clay and silica.
