"Seichi Shiseki Meisho" (Famous, Sacred and Historical Places) - Kasuga shrine in Nara. Two times a year, all the lanterns in the shrine compound are lit. Under the full moon, the thousands of lights, softened by the evening mist, mesmerize the onlookers.
