Description :
"Meisho Edo Hyakkei" (One Hundred Famous View of Edo). "Asakusagawa, Ohkawabata, Miyakogawa" Ohyama pilgrims and a "yamabushi" (mountain ascetic) blowing a trumpet shell are on a boat decorated with a tall "bonten" (assembly of ritual paper strips). The people on the near boat are going for the absolution to purge the noxious spirits. The scenery is viewed from the under Ryogoku Bridge in the Sumida River.
