Description :
The visit of the Chinese Emperor Mu Wang to the Taoist Queen Mother of the West, Xiwangmu, the guardian of the peach tree of longevity, at her dwelling in the Kunlun mountains, far in the west. Xiwangmu stands in front of her chair, beneath a canopy, on the roof of a small pavilion on a rocky mountain side. Beside it is the famed peach tree. In her hand, she holds a branch laden with flowers and fruit as she looks down at her imperial visitor.
