In this series on the revenge of the 47 Ronin, each print represents one of the ronin in action. Beside the title cartouche is a poem and allusive design by one of Kuniyoshi's daughters. Published by Ise-ya Isaburo. In this print Hayano Wasuke Tsunenari with sword in hand threatens a squirming adversary.
