Description :

Print shows a wooden building, Sanjūsangendō, a Buddhist temple housing 1001 statues of Kannon, a Buddhist goddess, with an archer kneeling at one end shooting an arrow into the bull's-eye of a target at the other end of the building. Also shows the judge's stand and a long promenage on the left with many pedestrians and street vendors.
