Description :

Unusual vertical chuban diptych (These panels are complete and meant to be viewed in this way). Robber Ishikawa Goemon is enjoying the scenery on top of a Temple gate. A bird brings him a message. Underneath, his arch-rival, Hisayoshi is at a water fountain in the play, "Keisei Chigogafuchi".
