"Ueno Shinobazu Daikyoba Zu" Meiji Emperor, Empress and their consorts attend the horse racing at the race track around Shinobazu Pond in Ueno Park. The imaginative floats on the sky and the decorated boats on the pond add the festive mood to the occasion.
