Description :

From Suikoden chapter 38. The tattooed local fish market owner, Chin Zhangshun (Cho Jun in Japanese) is fighting against the river pirate, Chin Ligui (Ri Ki in Japanese) under the water. Chin Zhangshun was said to be able to walk under the water for 10 miles and lived there for 7 days. Chin Ligui later invited Zhangshun to the chivalrous bandit of Suikoden.
