Description :

From "Noh-gaku Zue" ("Pictures of Noh Play"). A scene from the play "Tamura". A priest visiting Kiyomizu temple asked a boy who was sweeping the garden under full blooming cherry trees about the sightseeing places. When the priest was reading a sutra in the night, the boy appeared as Sakanoue Tamuramaru and told the story about the eradication of the demon of Mt. Suzuka.
