"Kento Kai: Hyaku Kannon Meiji-dera" (Festival of Dedicating Light) by Meiji Temple in Numabukuro, Tokyo. The writings on the left indicate, "July 24th. at 4:30pm: Puppet theater "Princess Uriko and Amanojaku". at 5:30pm: We will light candles for many Bodhisattva. at 6:30pm: Animation. Flying Ghost Ship. The festival donates to the UNISEF".
