Description :
"Omoi" (Contemplation). A young woman in short western style haircut sits on a canap� contemplating something. She wears colorful kimono and holds a folding fan. Hideta Nagatochi was one of the leading western style painters in Japan. He received a scholarship from Japanese government to study art in France shortly before Tsuguharu F. Fujita did. He received L�gion d'honneur medal for his contribution to the French art society.
