From the series "Shin Tokyo Meisho" (The New Famous Places of Tokyo). "Ueno Koen, Saigo Dozo". Bronze statue of the leader of Satsuma Rebellion, SAIGO Takamori. Instead of his usual heroic portraits in battle scenes; here, he is in a casual kimono walking his beloved dog.
