Description :
"Tsuki Hyakushi" (One Hundred Aspects of the Moon). "Haso no Tsuki". Bodhidharma (jp. Daruma) sat for meditation for nine years. During that time, the walls around him crumbled and the nature took over the ruins. He introduced Chan (jp. Zen) Buddhism to China. In Zen, the moon (circle ) also represents emptiness, a central quality of enlightenment.
