Description :
"Toto Komei Kaiseki Zukushi" (List of the Famous Restaurants in the Eastern Capital) Restaurant Iseta at Minami Kayabacho. Fukuoka Mitsugu showing a letter in the play,"Iseondo Koi no Netaba". Upper cartouche was done by Hiroshige depicting the plum trees in Tenman-gu Shrine.
