"Nichiro Kousen Kibun". The battle between Japanese and Russian forces in Port Arthur on March 10th. The Russo-Japanese war prints were much rarer than Sino-Japanese war prints. By then, the woodblock prints for the purpose of news reporting were largely replaced by other mass-production methods.
